The documents linked to from this page are accessible only to the project team (you need to be added to the STAPM shared Google Drive folder to access).
Form for completion by new STAPM users at the University of Sheffield. This provides the information needed to give a new user access to the STAPM code and documentation, the description of usage and the time that access is required for. Folder access tracking sheet.
Project planning templates:
This website stores many different elements of documentation of the STAPM modelling that are in different phases of development and are stored in different places. A documentation tracking sheet keeps a record of each element, the people responsible, documentation review status and next steps in development. This sheet should be updated when a new element of documentation is added or when documentation is reviewed or updated.
The STAPM modelling uses many different datasets that each have their own storage locations, information governance and people responsible for their management. To keep track of the status of each dataset, a dataset information sheet documents the relevant information. A data management plan should be in place for each dataset used to inform the STAPM modelling.
For each project using the STAPM modelling, this sheet tracks version numbers of each of the STAPM R packages that were used for that project are recorded, along with the version numbers of the relevant model documentation.
This task list tracks tasks related to project management including development of datasets, methods and papers.
Whenever there is an idea for a change to the code within one of the STAPM R packages - but it is not an immediate priority - it is recorded in a development tasks sheet.
If a member of the team notices an issue with one of the R packages, then it is added to the issue tracking sheet and a senior modeller is notified.
